We marinate the original Thuringian Rostbrätel in a homemade Köstritzer beer and Born mustard marinade.

After the steaks have been marinating for 2 days, we shock freeze them. This way, the full flavour is retained.

It will arrive at your door packed in a reusable ISO box.

We guarantee a delivery temperature of 0 to 7 degrees Celsius.
